Well, be a long time since the last update, I since finished teaching and now are studying web development, so you will hopefully see a much better looking site over the year and beyond.

Armageddon came to Christchurch for the first time last weekend, and got some of my comics signed by Jason Rand and Brian K. Vaughan. As well as a sketch by Jimmy Chueng and one by Brian.

Lots to talk about this time :) This past weekend saw the playing of an apocolypse game at my place. Information plus photos can be found here. The Eldar is now pretty much out of the way and I am starting my new guard army. Pictures can be found here and the final pictures will be put onto the site.

My teaching stint is almost over now as well. Only two weeks remain, and to be honost, I can't wait. Then I have a month off before starting a Web Development course. So you might see a major improvement on the site in a few months time.

Saturday was also Chinese new year, unfortuanlty we could not be back with my wifes family this year, but will hopefully be heading back next year all things going to plan.

Well Warclouds is now over, and after an intense week of painting (up until 3am the night before!) the army was 'complete'. I was very pleased with how the Eldar performed, and that showed getting 2nd place with them, heres a pic of me waiting for my prize (Scabby looking fellow on the right ;). Unfortunatly losing best painted to Nathan Wrights beautiful Relictors. This is now the second tournament in a row in which I came 2nd with them. The results can be found here.

More work has been done on the Eldar picture bank with in inclusion of most of my grav tanks and war walkers, as well as a few crappy pics of the Dire Avengers. Will try to get some more up soon.

I Have made a start on the first of the picture banks on the website for my Eldar. Its only a few pictures at the moment but will try to get more up over the following weeks. Now all I have to do is finish the rest of the Eldar for Warclouds and I should be fine :) Only 3 Scorpians and one Fire Prisim left to go now :)

Finally got around to doing more work :p The Warhammer and 40k pages are set up for now, as well working on the content for the Desert Ghosts and Illandus Craftworld 40k subsections.

Was having a pisser of a week. Warclouds over Woolston is this weekend (link) and I still have 2x Fire Prisims, 6x Guardians and 6x Striking Scorpians to finish D:! Also still annoyed at having my bike stolen -_-"

On the upside, my 10th Anniversary Beastwars figures turned up from Aus, as well as a mail order I did the other week, so that makes me feel a little better :)

Welcome to The Black Citadel, first built back in 2004, I've finally got around to do some proper work on it, and plan to update as often as possible. This is a webpage dedicated to myself and my hobbies (which mainly consist of wargames :p). This page will be under construction for a while to come, so please bear with me :).

Most of the links won't work at the moment, as I will be building them as I go :p.
